2BP-2000 Fully Automatic High-Speed Rice Seedling Sowing Machine.Stationary electric sowing line for rice nursery trays. Overall size in operating state 22,800 × 1,550 × 2,500 mm, capacity ≥2,000 trays/h, 1,580 L soil hoppers (125 L small + 1,455 L auto-feed) for both spreading and covering.
Trays move through the line with no manual handling: feeding, separation, soil spreading, pressing, watering, seeding, soil covering, a second watering pass and stacking. Soil spreading and covering each use a belt scraper with conveyor belt, the tray surface is finished by a rotary brush, and seeding rate can be set steplessly to suit different rice varieties and tray formats.
